My biggest issue with “Do The Right Thing” was that no one ever said “yo – Sal is a racist and Mookie is the worst delivery-guy in the city. Why don’t we try one of the other 20 pizza joints in the 10 square blocks around here?”

I don’t understand what people have against upper cabinets these days. Where are you supposed to put things? Allll that square footage in that kitchen, 3 cabinets (not counting the under-sink cab). Seems to be designed for people who want to have 30 guests over to stand in the kitchen and have wine, but not eat anything.

Our local zoned school (261, which is where my children go) is a gem. For a school in a gentrified neighborhood, our principal does an awesome job in keeping the socioeconomic and racial balance. No one group is dominant. It is truly a great place.

Plenty of people live in the 2br forever. Not everybody has kids. Not everybody has 2 kids. Not everybody lives with their kids. People buy apartments to retire to. BTW those PLG condos pretty much doubled in price in 2 years.
