Gird your loins — hordes of drunken Santas will bring their annual celebration to Greenpoint and Williamsburg this weekend.

The notorious bar crawl will darken Brooklyn on Saturday, December 12, after being shamed away from Kings County and its proposed Bushwick route last year.

Usually held until the night before, the route for Saturday’s holiday blitz has been announced early, in part due to planning coordination with the police and parks departments.

Holiday-adorned drinkers will meet at the McCarren Park football fields as early as 10 a.m. on Saturday and then drink their way through Greenpoint and Williamsburg.

Tens of thousands of revelers have turned out in years past, receiving much scorn from local business owners, elected officials and locals alike, who accuse the costumed drinkers of being belligerent and disrespectful.
