Our Open House Picks six months ago all had a lavish amount of detail on their parlor floors — check out the paneling in that Crown Heights dining room!

Three out of four sold, two going for above ask and one just a tad below.

The most expensive listing of the bunch, 355 Pacific Street in Boerum Hill, sold in July for $4,545,000, a $40,000 discount off the asking price.

Another one in Boerum Hill, also relatively pricey, 160 Hoyt Street, changed brokers, then was taken off the market in August. That same month, listings went up for rentals in the building. If it has sold, the sale has not yet hit public records.

Over in Park Slope, 100 Prospect Place sold in August for $3,400,000 — $50,000 over ask.

In south Crown Heights, a well-preserved Edwardian at 172 Crown Street went sold in August for $1,250,000. That was a hefty $255,000 above ask. Perhaps that special dining room inspired a bidding war.
