This week’s Top 10 included one of Dumbo’s iconic but long-on-the-market listings, an over-the-top condo in Brooklyn Bridge Park, a Civil War–era mansion in Brooklyn Heights, a Bed Stuy triplex in need of some TLC, a Williamsburg rental where most everything is “exposed,” a rambling six-bedroom home in Ditmas Park West and more.

But which listing was No. 1?

10. This pair of enormous glass clocks comes with an $18,000,000 price tag — and also a triplex penthouse in Dumbo’s most iconic building. Unfortunately, not everyone seems to be on the market for a couple of 14-foot-tall timepieces; the home has languished on the market since 2009. In the interim, its price dropped from $25,000,000.

9. “Exposed” is the operative in this Williamsburg rental. There is interesting patterned tile in the kitchen, shiny black tile in the baths, shelves made of reclaimed wood, and attractive multi-paned windows reminiscent of old factory-style black iron windows. Adding vintage-style charm are tin ceilings, farmhouse sinks and clawfoot tubs.

8. For those looking for a more traditional Brooklyn abode, this $15,000,000 Civil War–era mansion in Brooklyn Heights has oodles of old-timey charm. And it’s another oldie in our “priciest listings” collection. The home’s been on the market for nearly a year and a half and its price has been cut by a cool million.

7. Brooklyn’s most expensive condo got a $4,300,000 price cut this year. The 11,000-square-foot penthouse in One Brooklyn Bridge Park can now be yours for a mere $27,700,000. This bonkers triplex was initially listed last May and came back on the market in April after the occupants decided they didn’t like not knowing if the other was home.

6.This seven-bed, five-and-a-half-bath house on Macon Street in Bed Stuy is full of distinctive finishes, from a cedar clapboard facade and burnished-copper-mimicking bathroom tiles to copper pendant lighting and a black Bosch fridge in the kitchen and oil-rubbed bronze closet hardware. Renovated and modernized, this fetching house has an upper triplex and a garden-level rental.

5. This third-floor walkup duplex on 12th Street in the South Slope has what you want in a loft: towering ceilings, cavernous spaces and giant windows. If you’re down on exposed brick, though, this isn’t the place for you — it’s dominated by a massive wall of it.

4. This Fort Greene 1855 brick row house on Clermont Avenue is a 22-footer that packs over 4,000 square feet on six levels, including a partially finished basement and a rooftop extension. Split into a duplex and two rentals, the place has decks on three floors, so there’s a lot of surface area at work. It’s got a sweet parlor floor with towering ceilings and a lot of detail — though it’s got a master bathroom planted in the middle, which you don’t often see.

3. This triplex on Madison Street in Bed Stuy is currently set up with a rental on the top floor. It needs some work, though there are original details here that ought to clean up nicely.

2. On Prospect Place in Crown Heights is a three-story brownstone with some nice details, including woodwork, pocket doors and moldings. Divided into three units, one on each floor, it looks to be in good shape, with A/C and renovated kitchens and baths.

1. The week’s most popular listing is this house on Rugby Road in Ditmas Park West. This grand Victorian is quite a nice find for someone in search of a rambling six-bedroom home. It’s been in the same family for 52 years and still retains a lot of original detail. Some updating is in order, but generally it’s in top shape, with tons of square footage and some lovely spaces.
