This week we’re taking a break from the past two weeks’ all-sold streak. Of our open house picks from six months ago, one still remains on the market, while the other three all sold for above ask.

The five-bedroom, five-bath Gowanus townhouse with a generous backyard is still on the market for $2,245,000. The price is $150,000 less than its original ask of $2,395,000.

In Crown Heights, a 3,200-square-foot Sterling Place home did better, getting $88,000 above the original asking price.

Kensington’s lovely single-family sold for just under the Crown Heights’ home’s original ask, and a generous $120,000 above its own asking price.

Two stories and a garage in Dyker Heights would appear to have just sold for under a million. Though documents have yet to hit public records, Corcoran is now listing the property as sold.
