Inconsistent results here, Brooklyn.

A mixed-bag of real estate outcomes is how we would characterize how our open house picks six months ago fared on the market.

Two properties sold, one is in contract, and one has been relisted for less with a new real estate firm.

Of the two that sold, one went for under ask and the other went over.

A South Slope three-story broke $2,500,000, but still garnered $200,000 under ask (better than last week’s Park Slope property).

In Bed Stuy, a five-bedroom from the late 1800s has been relisted by Halstead Properties for $1,950,000, a reduction of $150,000 from Ideal Properties’ original ask of $2,100,00.

The second Bed Stuy number, a fully renovated three-bedroom with oak floors sold in August for $72,500 over ask.

Last, a boxy Bushwick two-story asking $1,100,000 was taken off the market in September and is in contract, the agent told Brownstoner.
