Vinegar Hill luxury condo development Waterbridge 47 launched sales last week of its two remaining penthouse units, putting both listings up online with previously unseen photos. As it happens, the first of these, Penthouse A, was already in contract, leaving only Penthouse B available.

Both feature open-plan dining and kitchen areas with wraparound windows, terraces and views. The kitchens have stainless steel appliances, Cararra marble islands and white glass and lacquer cabinetry. There are also herringbone patterned tile backsplashes.

Unit PHB has two bedrooms, two baths, and 1,213 square feet, according to the listing. Its private roof terrace measures 1,240 square feet. It is asking $2,050,000.

The building, still under construction at 47 Bridge Street on the border of Dumbo and Vinegar Hill, is mostly sold out and has only two other units remaining, a spokeswoman for the development told Brownstoner.

Developed by Greystone and designed by AB Architekten and Durukan Design, the building’s luxury amenities include a wine cellar, fitness center, inner courtyard, bike storage and parking. Aptsandlofts.com is handling marketing and sales.

Greystone’s many Brooklyn projects include the Lyceum in Park Slope and the luxury apartments replacing White Castle at 531 Myrtle Avenue in Clinton Hill. Stephen Rosenberg founded the large development and real estate lender and management company.

Waterbridge 47 launched sales in December. Construction is supposed to wrap this year.
