Doing alright, Brooklyn — two of our Open House Picks from six months ago have sold. Williamsburg’s 91 Berry Street closed in July at $2,900,000, $25,000 under ask. The medium-priced, updated Bed Stuy pick with lots of details closed for $100,000 over ask at $1,350,000. A Boerum Hill listing is still on the market, though…

The medium-priced, updated Bed Stuy pick with lots of details closed for $100,000 over ask at $1,350,000.
A Boerum Hill listing is still on the market, though the price has dropped $200,000. It needed some work, according to the listing.
Our bargain pick, the Crown Heights listing, also needed work, going by the photos. It was taken off the market in July.
