Atlantic Antic Street Festival

New York’s largest street festival returns to Brooklyn’s brownstone belt this Sunday, September 27. Celebrating its 41st year, the Atlantic Antic will span 10 blocks along Atlantic Avenue from 4th Avenue to the waterfront.

Crossing through Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill and Boerum Hill, the Antic will feature more than 500 craft, food and other exhibitors as well as more than 100 local restaurants, boutiques and antique shops.

The festival’s theme is The Youth Are Our Future, in honor of Antic sponsor Atlantic Avenue Local Development Corporation, who recently created an initiative program for local youth to attend educational summer programming.

The Antic will feature 15 stages of live music, dance and other entertainment across the mile-long celebration. There will be a block-long Kids Zone, Clean Energy Zones and other special sections available daylong.

The fun will happen, rain or shine, from noon to 6 p.m. this Sunday.
