Compass Real Estate Opens Williamsburg Office

As we announced earlier this summer, the technology-driven real estate firm Compass is expanding its Brooklyn presence with two offices in the borough. The first, at 512 2nd Street in Park Slope, is slated to open in October, as we wrote at the time.

Now comes word from The Real Deal that the second outpost will be located at 136 North 10th Street in Williamsburg. At 4,000 square feet, the office will be large enough to house about 45 of the company’s agents.

The new space will be designed by architect Keith Burns, a spokesperson let us know. It will reflect the look and feel of Compass’s 90 5th Avenue headquarters in Manhattan (pictured below).
