50 Sidney Place1

This two-bedroom garden apartment seems like a decent deal for a small family, considering the layout and Brooklyn Heights location. It has two separate bedrooms that are both decently sized, even though the smaller one is slim.

The kitchen looks more functional than most and there is room for bike or other storage in the foyer. Presumably the garden is shared, since the listing doesn’t specify.

There is a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The listing also says there is a separate thermostat, but doesn’t say if heat is included.

The ask is $3,150 a month. Do you think it’s appealing?

  1. I’m confused. Does this apartment include a garden or is just garden level? I think it’s the latter so #garden is a little misleading. Also, the broker already increased the rent to $3150. Thanks Brownstoner!
