Spring house tour season is here again and a number of neighborhoods across Brooklyn will be opening up some of their most stunning houses for anyone to see. Here’s a roundup of the tours coming up over the next month.

The 31st annual Brooklyn Heights house tour will take place on Saturday, May 9 from 1 pm to 5 pm. The self-guided tour, put on by the Brooklyn Heights Association, will showcase five homes. Children under 13 will not be allowed in the houses, except for infants in front packs, and photographs are prohibited. Tickets are $80 and can be purchased here.

The 2015 Park Slope House Tour takes place on Sunday, May 17 from noon to 5:30 pm. Shuttle buses will pick up and drop off at various sites throughout the neighborhood to help people reach all of the homes.

Houses on the tour include two homes designed by architect Charles Pierrepont Henry Gilbert, and an 1875 Neo Grec and many more. (The photo above and the first photo after the jump show two houses on the tour.) After the tour, at 6 pm, local architect-historian Francis Morrone will give a talk titled, “Brooklyn Landscapes: From Green-Wood Cemetery to Brooklyn Bridge Park.”

Advance tickets are $20 and can be purchased online or from many participating merchants in the neighborhood listed here. Tickets can also be bought the day of the event for $25 at the starting point at Poly Prep Lower School, 50 Prospect Park West. No children under 10 except infants in front packs.

The Lefferts Manor house tour will be held on Sunday, May 31 from noon to 5 pm. This year’s tour will include eight homes and three gardens, including an 1898 Romanesque Revival-style four-story townhouse that is one of the oldest in the Prospect Lefferts Gardens Historic District. (The last two photos below show locations in Prospect Lefferts Gardens.)

Attendees will also see a three-story 1909 limestone home that is part of a row of 16 neo-Renaissance-style buildings and a recently renovated 1920s brick duplex townhouse. No children under 12 except infants in front packs. Advance tickets can be purchased here for $20 per person or at the local businesses listed on the tour’s web page.

The Victorian Flatbush house tour takes place on Sunday, June 7 from 1 pm to 6 pm. The tour starts at Temple Beth Emeth at 83 Marlborough Road. Advance tickets are $30, or pay $35 on the day of the tour. For more information visit the tour’s webpage.
