This two-bedroom co-op is on the 10th floor of 60 Remsen Street, a 1956 co-op building in Brooklyn Heights. It’s large, with a 19-foot-long living room and a separate dining room.

The living room has large windows, with what must have pretty great views. Although we don’t see any views in the photos, the listing says the picture windows have “views toward both the rooftops of brownstone Brooklyn and the Manhattan skyline.”

There are parquet floors throughout and two big bedrooms. The unit is on the top floor and only one flight down from the building’s common roof deck.

The asking price is $1,250,000. The maintenance is $2,042. What do you think?

  1. “views toward the rooftops and Manhattan skyline”?? Balderdash!
Maybe if you open the window and stick your head out and look left (or right). The photos of the LR, kitchen and bedroom all show views of brick walls or other buildings across the street.
