Surrounded by construction and wondering if it could damage your home? Donald Friedman, an engineer specializing in the protection of older buildings, will present on how to safeguard homes from damage caused by vibration and excavation at nearby construction sites at the spring meeting at the Society for Clinton Hill.

A question and answer session will follow the presentation. Other agenda items include an update on Greene Hill food co-op rules and benefits, an 88th precinct update, and a briefing on Myrtle Avenue’s revitalization program.

There will be an open mic at the end of the meeting. It takes place from  7 to 9 pm on Wednesday, April 22 in St. Joseph’s College’s auditorium. For more information, go here.
