Looks to me like this is the fourth floor plus half fifth floor setback. Seems charitable to call those ceilings “double height”, since the fourth floor is already a bit squat, and the fifth slopes in from the ceiling of the fourth. Maybe I have it wrong, but this seems a bit ridiculous.
