345 Carroll Street - Rooftop

The bluestone-clad luxury condos at 345 Carroll Street in Gowanus are 70 percent sold (in contract, that is), according to reps from developer Sterling Equities. Workers are still driving piles at the former Regency Carts site, but the pit between Hoyt and Bond Streets will eventually become 32 condos, 18 of which will have outdoor space.

Listings appeared in September for the Gluck+-designed apartments, with asking prices ranging from $1,645,000 for a two-bedroom, two-bath to $2,950,000 for a four-bedroom, three-bath. (Still-available units range from $1,685,000 to $3,325,000.) The fancy amenities include a wildflower meadow, bocce courts, vegetable plots, a dog washing station, and rooftop cabanas.
