929 atlantic avenue clinton hill rendering

New York YIMBY published two renderings for the eight-story condo building coming to 929 Atlantic Avenue in Clinton Hill, one of Brookland Capital’s larger developments. Feingold and Gregory Architects are designing the building, which appears to be wedge-shaped and made of concrete. It is split in two by an elevator shaft and topped by a cheery yellow grid. The facade on one side of the building is angled, and juts out over the street below.

There will be 20 condos and 17,000 square feet. Apartments will range from studios to two-bedrooms, according to YIMBY.

Click through for another rendering. We think the design will improve this low-slung industrial stretch of Atlantic, which was rezoned for residential and taller buildings in 2007. What do you think of the look?
