It doesn’t appear to have been recently renovated, although the listing says it’s in move-in condition (and indeed, it’s occupied). The listing says it could be delivered vacant “for the right offer.” The ask is $775,000. What do you think of it?

wtf does that mean?
(I assume) bribe the tenants to move out before their leases expire. As per ad:
“Both units are currently occupied with leases: Garden/Parlor (Duplex) – $1,750 per month. Lease Expires 05/31/2016. 3rd Floor Rental – $1,664 per month. Lease Expires 11/30/2015. “
An elevated train used to run through Lexington avenue, which explains – to a degree – the look. Some lots on this block were zoned for C8-2 (auto-oriented commercial development). This was changed in 2012, and now three apartment buildings are planned for this block. Likely to look very different in 2-3 years.
