All we can come up with is that the asking price of $1,195,000 for 1,062 square feet has been too high for the Columbia Street Waterfront District. Anyone checked this place out?

The main reason for the $1000+psf price is that it’s zoned for PS29. But yeah, still overpriced by $170k.
The livingroom/dining combo is not even 12′ wide and it is a LONG walk to the subway…
