The real problem with this price is that the elevator in this building is TINY! not big enough for a stroller and more than one person.
Other than that I really like this building.
I do think the configuration of this is a little strange compared to others I have seen on this side of the building. I have seen two bathrooms back to back; using the middle bedroom as a master bath + walk in closet area and the small bedroom, that they have as a dressing room/closet is a nursery bedroom for the third bedroom. Of course in pre-war buildings such as this you are always constrained by plumbing lines etc. Especially as this was yet another building that over the years the units have been combined in different ways.
The building has a great Super and the roof deck is great to get some air and unobstructed views.

for a custom kitchen, the upper cabs should have gone to the ceiling.
Nice apartment, but you’re looking at over a $10k a month mortgage(assuming 3.75% and 20% down). Maintenance is another $2600. Adds up to almost $13k/month!

Where can you get a house with a deep backyard in Cobble Hill for under $3 million?
and you basically have to climb on that counter to get the anything off the glass shelves or wipe them down. It’s too deep.
