I dont think the low floor is a problem if you look out on trees or water — and this seems to have a great water view… My issue with all the apartmers here (well, most) is that there is no room for a dining table. When you are paying $1.6, you need a place for a real table. My guess is that this will sell for $1.4, max.
Brilliant logic! Lets pay another 200k so you can put your 400 dollar ikea table over here. If it’s too small, you’re too old.
