The layout has an open feel to it and the apartment has plenty of windows. The kitchen is also large for a one-bedroom apartment. It’s just off Henry Street about a half block from the BQE. What do you think of it for $2,700 a month?

That’s Allan Gerovitz, he prides himself as a local legend. He’s a bit of a diva, but he does know a lot of old timer landlords who charge reasonable rent.
He’s a nightmare
What’s the problem? The broker is only typing with a grammatical style that their ideal tenant (20-30 something DINK) would completely understand.
