I wasn’t into any of the ideal properties finishes that I saw earlier this year, these CH places don’t look better. Basically you would have to buy this place, rip out kitchen/bath finishes, replace them then move in two months later. Okay that’s a little heavy handed, but for 750k you want an actual sink, which also means new counter top for larger opening, as long as you’ve got that off get some beautiful cabinets instead of gray kindergarden cubbies.
