Halstead lists nine apartments so far on the official website for the eight-story, 126-unit building, first noted by FIPS. One-bedrooms are priced from $2,215, and two-bedroom, two-baths range from $3,046 to $3,900. Sam Boymelgreen developed the project, and the architects are Luca Andrisani Architects and DJ Associates.
Apartments feature white oak flooring, washer/dryers, Ceasarstone countertops, and deep soaking tubs in the bathrooms. Amenities include a landscaped roof deck with private cabanas, gym, bike storage, parking garage and a pet spa. Check out more interiors after the jump!

My goodness, what tiny little yuppie pods. Way overpriced for the location IMHO, but some folks are suckers for shiny.
That seems like a pretty nice place for those prices, plus the proximity to the park is good, and there are train options. I’ll bet that in a year or two all those studios will be 1900-2000/mo and everything else will go up accordingly.
