This year’s theme will be how Brooklyn developments shape the borough into a place to live, work, and play. Over 600 guests are expected to attend, and this year, Alicia Glen, the Deputy Mayor of Housing and Economic Development, will serve as the keynote speaker. Her discussion, “One Love, One Brooklyn,” will tackle issues such as the administration’s plans for affordable housing, economic policy, job growth, and how Brooklyn will benefit from these strategic priorities. Glen will be joined by more than 40 speakers leading a diverse selection of panels and workshops. Confirmed speakers include MaryAnne Gilmartin, President and CEO of Forest City Ratner; Robert Knakal, Chairman of Massey Knakal; David Maundrell, President and Founder of aptsandlofts.com; and Douglas Steiner, Chairman of Steiner Studios.

Panels and workshops will cover a range of topics, including “Brooklyn – The Real New York,” a general real estate market overview. You can also expect “Brooklyn Hearted,” described as a fireside chat on Dumbo Heights, and “The History & Influence of the Brooklyn Academy of Music.” The “Get Brooklynized” discussion will go over how tech is shaping the real estate of the borough. And “If You Live Anywhere Else, You Ain’t Living” will tackle multifamily and condo development solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity to network with real estate owners, developers, and investors and learn about the ins-and-outs of the borough from the best of the best. Register today so you don’t miss your chance to explore the exciting opportunities of New York’s fastest growing borough.
