Amenity-wise, the building has a shared roof deck and garden. It’s about two blocks from the G at Myrtle-Willoughby and seven blocks from the J/M/Z at Myrtle Avenue. It is a drag that the hot market doesn’t seem to be inspiring developers to build anything that doesn’t look awful from the outside. That said, as a close neighbor to this building, I’ve peered in, and the apts themselves do look quite nice. As MM says, on a $/bedroom scale, this is not unreasonable, especially with the spacious layout, and this area is developing fast. Anyone looking at photos of this listing will ask themselves where the exterior with awning and Bank of America sign is located. The answer is: nowhere near this building! Come on Corcoran. What are you playing at?
