Listings have gone up along with new renderings and floor plans for One John Street, Alloy Development’s 42-unit condo building in Brooklyn Bridge Park. The 12-story building is already one-third sold through a “friends and family” offering that was not available to the public. The building’s site lists seven units for sale, although we could find only six on Sotheby’s.

It looks like the smaller, two-bedroom units are already gone. Apartments listed are three- and four-bedrooms, with prices from $3,550,955 to more than $8,000,000. (Price available on request, says the listing!) They range in size from 2,400 to 3,600 square feet.

Every apartment has views of the East River, Brooklyn Bridge Park and Manhattan and oversize windows, a spokesperson told us. There will be a 24-hour doorman, gym by La Palestra, landscaped roof deck with grill and lawn, rooftop cabanas available for purchase, and an outpost of the Brooklyn Children’s Museum in the building, as reported.

Alloy designed and developed the building, which is still under construction and expected to finish up in summer 2016. Click through for tons more renderings. What do you think of the look and prices?
