The pad has central air and heat too. The reno looks nice but the rent might be a little steep for the location. It’s close to Stuyvesant Heights shops but a bit far from the subway — about nine blocks to the A/C at Utica and six blocks to the J/Z Â at Gates. Do you think it’ll rent for $2,000 a month?

It certainly is sterile. I don’t know about the price but it’s a good walk to any subway station.
