I saw the first two last weekend. Pretty underwhelming. I was the only person at either OH. Both have super crappy reno’s (except possibly the rental apt in 502 Clinton, which was not available for me to view.) 502 also reeks of pets/cigarettes. The Henry Street house, at least, has quite a lot of potential, but I can’t imagine it will fetch anywhere near the $1,100 psqft asking price.
