This brick row house in Downtown Brooklyn looks like it could date from before the Civil War. While the single-family house has been updated, it appears to still have some of its original mantels, wide floor boards, and crown moldings. There is also a big backyard.

The downer might be the location, sandwiched between busy downtown streets, including the BQE overpass. What do you think of it and the ask of $2,300,000?

  1. It’s a cute house with a nice backyard. The location won’t really deter the buyer in the current brownstone buying frenzy. But it only has a half bath downstairs and a full bath on the top floor.
