A group of filmmakers working on a documentary about South Williamsburg, “Living Los Sures,” are hosting a walking tour of the neighborhood this Sunday to celebrate the launch of their audio tour, which features interviews with longtime Southside residents. The walk will take place this Sunday at 6 pm, but you can do it on your own by downloading the audio tour, titled “Southside Stories.”

The tour highlights the hood’s positive and negative changes, as well as its gritty past. Stops include Espiritu Tierra Community Garden on South 2nd Street, a real estate brokerage on Bedford Avenue, a rehab center, and the last remaining Puerto Rican social club in Williamsburg. The group will meet at Bedford Avenue and North 7th Street on Sunday evening, and you can check out all the details on the Facebook event.
