A cafe and grocery store selling prepared foods called Capitoline Grounds opened two weeks ago at 1499 Fulton Street in Bed Stuy. They serve their own freshly baked croissants and pastries, housemade ice cream, hot and cold sandwiches, coffee, homemade lemonade, smoothies, cheese, charcuterie, and sweet and savory crepes.
There is also a garden in the back with seating. When we stopped by yesterday, sandwich offerings included duck rillettes and a chicken B.L.T. with avocado.
