652 jefferson avenue bed stuy 62014

This quaint little garden one-bedroom in Bed Stuy has lots of original details. It sports a decorative mantel, wainscoting, plaster ceilings, hardwood floors and original shutters. The eat-in kitchen has a dishwasher, and the apartment has a private entrance. All the utilities are included in the rent, including Internet.

It’s close to the shops in Stuy Heights, but a bit far from the trains — six blocks to the J at Halsey and nine blocks to the A/C at Utica. What are your thoughts on it for $2,200 a month?

There are a lot more options than I can list under 2K in the Bedford Proposed Historic District that are gorgeous and closer to better train lines than the above Jefferson property not to knock the nice details and garden, but Overzealous owner’s need to be checked by their brokers!

  2. Nope not just you, but my guess is it’s an overzealous owner. i can’t imagine the listing agent is that out of touch with the market/ There are two bedrooms around that price point closer to the Bedford side of the Neighborhood.
