Here’s a fairly spacious one-bedroom condo for rent in Bed Stuy, at a two-year-old building near the Clinton Hill border. The 777-square-foot pad features two balconies at either end of the apartment.
The kitchen and bathroom are small, but the living room and bedroom are nicely sized. There’s also a little alcove between the bathroom and the kitchen that could be used as an office, and a washer/dryer.
The apartment is two blocks from the Classon Avenue G train and one block from the Pratt campus. Do you think the price is right at $2,350 a month?

They should have made the kitchen bigger and skipped the den. I think they intentionally put a room in that they knew couldn’t be called a bedroom but that would be used as a bedroom. The washer/dryer certainly is a plus, but, man, the exterior is hideous!
