  1. I thought it was if you nothing nice to say come sit next to me.
That said — I suppose compared to the Park Avenue duplexes and CPW classic 6 with park views that obviously the commenters here all must live in- this isn’t so great.

  2. And as always here come the negative comments. The name is terrible. The building and its amenities are terrible. The neighborhood is terrible.
Wasn’t anyone taught that if you have nothing nice to say (especially when what you’re saying is so silly and subjective) to not say anything at all? Are any of you actual homeowners or do you just complain and gripe about why you’ve fallen so far behind other New Yorkers but don’t realize it because you won’t actual invest in your hometown?
I’m sure the negative comments will now spew forth about me and how I’m probably a right wing homebuilder blah blah blah. I have broad shoulders, so let it come. I’d rather you all got your negativity out on here through words than doing something truly stupid.

  3. Why don’t you get off your lazy entitled ass and walk to a place close by which has things to do?

    Problem solved.

If you learned to read something in full before complaining then your eyes would have scanned over the phrase “outdoor heated swimming pool”.

But you just gripe and moan….why?
