Alloy Development’s Dumbo townhouses are taking shape at the corner of Pearl and Water Streets. Each of the five row houses will be 18 feet wide, five stories high and include four bedrooms and three baths spread across 15,000 square feet. The town homes at 55-57 Pearl Street will share a ductile concrete facade with wood on the ground floor, which was designed to fit into Dumbo’s industrial landscape.
Landmarks approved the facade design last year, with one commissioner calling it “a little landmark in the making.” The houses feature private roof decks, 20-foot ceilings on the parlor level, and private parking. They hit the market for $4,100,000 each last year.
