Co-op of the Day: 261 Garfield Place, #3

This new listing at 261 Garfield Place in Park Slope has a great feel to it. Lots of prewar details, a really generous layout (being in a 32-foot-wide mansion helps) and lots of natural light. Great stuff. The maintenance is an unbelievably low $850 a month but the asking price is $2,100,000. We’re not sure exactly what the square footage is but we’re guessing it’s around 1,500, which puts the price per square foot at somewhere around $1,400 or $1,500.
