171 north 10th street williamsburg

There seems to be an insatiable market for expensive rentals in Williamsburg, and the latest building to try and satisfy that demand is 171 North 10th Street, where rents range from $2,385 to $6,695. Aptsandlofts.com has six listings up for the seven-story, 20-unit building between Bedford and Driggs Avenues. Studios start at $2,385 a month, one-bedrooms at $3,300, two-bedroom, two-bath units at $4,265, and a three-bedroom at $6,691.

The apartments feature double-glazed tilt-and-turn windows, nine-foot ceilings, Caesarstone countertops, Italian walnut cabinets, stainless steel appliances and Neptune Zen soaking tubs. Several units also have large terraces, and one two-bedroom, two-bath penthouse unit has two. Building amenities include bike storage, a roof deck and parking for 11 cars. Shawn Stiles of S&S Architecture & Design designed the project, and the developer is Great Point Properties LLC, according to mortgage documents.
