New building applications were filed yesterday for a 10-story commercial building with several floors of medical treatment facilities at 49 Spencer Street in Bed Stuy. The 128-foot-tall development will replace a warehouse and parking lot between Park and Flushing avenues, in the rather desolate area near the Williamsburg border.

The building will include three floors of parking, ground-floor retail, six floors of an “ambulatory diagnostic treatment care facility,” and offices, according to a disapproved plan exam. The architect of record is Charles Mallea.  GMAP
