The latest crop of luxury rentals on Park Slope’s 4th Avenue comes from 548 4th Avenue, which offers two-bedroom, two-bath units starting at $3,800, as Curbed was the first to report. Ideal Properties is marketing the nine-story, 17-unit building at the corner of 15th Street. Smaller units start at $3,800 and larger ones at $3,900, according to a press release.

The building has two apartment layouts, A and B, which clock in at 938 and 981 square feet respectively. The fixtures and finishes are pretty typical of new luxury rentals (the wood windows are a nice touch), but the apartments almost seem large enough to justify the monthly outlay.
