The infamous Park Slope wreck of a building across from P.S. 321 is going to be transformed into luxury condos, DNAinfo reported. The building at 187 7th Avenue was in disrepair for years before finally selling for $4,200,000 in 2013, as we reported at the time.

Sugar Hill Capital Partners filed permits in April to turn the eight-unit building into a four unit building consisting of one unit per floor. Similar units nearby have recently sold for more than $2,000,000 apiece, the story pointed out. A rendering DNAinfo found posted on the construction fence shows the exterior will not change. Think this is a positive development for the corner?
