This new listing at 275 Clinton Avenue is one of the nicer apartments we’ve ever seen in Clinton Hill. The prewar co-op features three bedrooms, tons of windows and light and a newly renovated kitchen. Given that the fourth-floor pad has a whopping 1,800 square feet, it makes the maintenance of $1,175 look like a bargain. Not so much the price tag of $1,495,000, but given how much houses nearby are selling for, this may look like an attractive alternative to family shoppers.
