More Neo-Georgian Townhomes Going in on State Street in Boerum Hill?

When we passed by the huge empty lot enclosed in a green construction fence at 311 State Street in Boerum Hill recently, we figured the ad on the fence showing neo-Georgian townhouses was for the development further down the street at 345-353 State Street. And indeed it probably is.

But a little digging revealed the two sites have the same owner, State Renaissance Townhomes LLC and State Renaissance Townhomes II Corp.

We couldn’t find any permits filed for 311 State Street at any of its addresses, and no work has started behind the construction fence. The lot is 90.08 feet by 141.73 feet with 25,534 buildable square feet, according to PropertyShark. Click through to the jump to see the corner of the lot and the ad.
