There are two full-sized bedrooms and a third smaller one off the dining room that would really work better as a study. Someone clearly spent some dough renovating this place. Personally we wish they’d kept more of a prewar feel but it’s certainly a very attractive pad.

well, thank god for that! but i don’t think many people keep their guitars just outside their bathroom doors. and that tricycle placement is so precious it hurts to look at.
