Brooklyn’s tallest residential tower, 388 Bridge Street, has leased half its rentals since hitting the market in December. The 53-story, 378-unit high-rise in Downtown Brooklyn is renting roughly one unit a day, according to a press release from the developer, Stahl Organization. Designed by SLCE, the 590-foot-tall development includes 234 rental apartments and 144 condominiums. Rents run the gamut from $2,700 for a 490-square-foot studio to $6,290 for a 1,166-square-foot two-bedroom on an upper floor.
