A rental in one of Bushwick’s (newish) condo buildings! This one-bedroom for rent at The Grove, which started sales in 2007, offers typical new construction condo amenities and looks fairly spacious. There are lots of windows in the living area and bedroom, although the PTAC units could be a drawback for some (if they are costly to run).

The kitchen has a dishwasher and stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinets for a one-bedroom. There is also parking, a common roof deck, laundry and an on-site super. It’s two blocks from the L and M trains at Myrtle-Wyckoff. Do you think $1,925 a month is fair?
