A movie making school for kids called Automatic Studios has opened at 30 John Street in the new Made in New York Media Center in Dumbo, DNAinfo reported. Classes will cover script writing, editing and visual effects, among other topics.
The first series of classes for ages 8 to 14 starts later this month. The cost is $600 for nine classes. A week-long summer day camp starts in June and costs $675.
