The former Catholic Church at 267 Rogers Avenue in Crown Heights is almost completely demolished, except for a pile of rubble and a few exterior walls. After the church is gone, developer Heights Advisors will build a five-story, 165-unit apartment building on the site between Carroll and Crown Streets. Designed by Think Design and Architecture, the 112,155-square-foot development will also house 83 parking spaces, a fitness room, laundry, 83 bike storage spots and a roof terrace. Check out a few more demolition pictures after the jump.
