“This central Brooklyn Heights location has …… trendy restaurants.”
Um, NO!
Eye of the beholder. To the geriatrics, Iron Chef House has that “new fandangled sushi craze, with real Orientals making it”
love the paneling.
who buys one bedrooms in brooklyn heights though?
This is really good for the price. Can pay about $30k for a kirchen re-do and be set. And it looks like a its on the good side of Remson…
Brooklyn Heights is looking more & more like a bargain compared to Fort Greene, Prospect Heights etc.
I would much rather have bought this than the over a million 5th floor walk up on S Portland recently.
A Rolls Royce living room with a Pinto kitchen.
Darn tootin’.
On the contrary, Dave, they couldn’t snag me. You finance types make such disappointing suitors.
Not just the young ones.
