I’m dying over here – does look amazing. But makes 196 Hancock look like a steal at only 1.85M?
Totally agree on all counts. Something about that extra SF on the Decatur homes really does make a difference. (But also, I – gasp – don’t mind some painted woodwork).
So, maybe no steals here, but the 1.6 for 259 with all the work needed still feels a little extra steep, though I’d love the chance to take on the work.
